Add sugar and whisk until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth. (There should be no sugar visible on the bottom of the bowl when it is stirred or spooned out.) WebFill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour. Using a jigger, measure 50ml Blended Scotch Whisky into the glass. Mix. Top up with 50ml ginger ale. Garnish. With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a lime wedge to place on top of the drink to garnish. Grab a bite. Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
