My garage topped up the adblue with 4L but within a few days, the lights came back on although this time, no countdown to engine not starting. Took it back to the garage and they did diagnostics and found the emissions injector was faulty. Took it off and it was blocked. There is another tank that's sealed under the cactus on the drivers side near the back wheel it's a sealed 5ltr tank that requires gravity feed.
