WebIt’s not a bad deal but the land is crazy expensive and you have to find a lot that allows homes that aren’t site built which can be challenging. This also doesn’t include site work on your land, power, etc. All in we were still looking at $700k+ for a house on 5 acres with finishes we’d have to gut out.
